1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation:

1.2 Cancellation After Shipping:

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning items after delivery.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued for eligible products returned in accordance with our Return Policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2.2 Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.3 Refund Timeframe:

Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order plants.
Plants that have been re-potted or otherwise altered.
Plants showing signs of neglect, such as wilting or pest infestation

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Please follow our Return Policy for instructions on returning items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement. Terms & Conditions applied!
